NASUWT union members at Newton-le-Willows Primary school in St Helens struck on Tuesday of this week against a punitive appraisal policy.
They plan to walkout again on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
The appraisals policy has no limit to the number of observations that teachers can be subject to.
Unions say that there should be a maximum of three observations a year.
