PCS ballot - how can I build the action?

If you are a PCS union member you can:

• Vote yes both for strikes and action short of a strike in the ballot

• Organise a workplace meeting to bring people together and help raise confidence

• Make your support for the strike visible. Hold lunchtime protests and take photos holding “I voted yes” signs

If you’re not in the PCS you can:

• Pass a motion and send a message of solidarity from your workplace to your local PCS workplace

• Put pressure on union leaders to join the PCS in its fight against the government attacks
