Support new indigenous fight in Canada

Around 20 protesters took to the Canadian High Commission in London on Thursday of last week in support of the Idle No More indigenous movement.

Activists from Canada’s First Nations have led mass direct action to defend their land rights and oppose the development of tar sands oil.

They have called for a global day of solidarity on Monday of next week, when Canada’s MPs return from holiday.
